OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 Oz. Morrison
  • 1 Oz. Orange Liqueur
  • 1 Oz. Simple Syrup
  • Angostura bitters


In a shaker add these ingredients, stir and pour into a rock glass.

GARNISH:
Add orange peel.

MORRISON

WHISKY SOUR

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 Oz. Morrison
  • 1 Oz. Simple syrup
  • 1 Oz. Lime juice


In a shaker add these ingredients and ice, shake well and pour into a cocktail or rock glass.

GARNISH:
Add fresh or dried lemon or lime.

MORRISON

HIGHLAND COFFEE

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 Oz. Morrison
  • 4 Oz. Hot Coffee
  • Brown Sugar 1 tsb.
  • Double Cream 1 Oz.


In a shaker add these ingredients, shake well and pour in to a cocktail or rockglass.

GARNISH:
Add whip-cream and and spinkle cinamon above.
